    COVID Lockdown Information

    Our Service Department is open for all servicing and maintenance items to ensure that vehicles continue to be safe and reliable in these testing times. We will be following the strict guidelines set by the Victorian Government and acting on advice from our various automotive industry governing bodies.

    At this time, this means the following changes are in place for our business:

    • A COVID Safe service process and follow a contactless process – as we have been doing since early March 2020.
    • We’re more strict on your movements around our business while you are on-site, which includes asking you to wear a mask at all times.
    • We unfortunately have temporarily closed our Waiting Area.
    • We have paused our Shuttle Bus Service.

     
    Everything we are doing is in place to reduce your risk (and ours) while your vehicle is with us.

    You are allowed to travel outside of your 5km radius to visit us for service, as long as we are your closest Mitsubishi dealership. Please ask us for any clarification on this topic if needed.

    As mentioned above, unfortunately our waiting areas and shuttle services will not be able to operate during the lockdown.

Lancer Ralliart and Lancer Evolution service intervals are 6 months or 5,000 km*. However, depending on how and under what conditions your vehicle is driven, more frequent servicing may be required.

    Check the service and maintenance section in your service and warranty booklet to find out when your regular servicing is due and if your vehicle requires more frequent servicing.
